Cancellation: any time, self-service via the customer portal or the link in your emails. No cancellation fees. Access runs until the end of the current billing month.
Refunds: if something went wrong — you were charged after cancelling, or the service was not delivered — email support@tendersweep.com within 30 days and we refund the charge. We do not refund partial months for a service that was delivered.
Payments are processed by Paddle as merchant of record; Paddle's receipt is your invoice.
