Who we are

TenderSweep is operated by TRE s.p., Slovenia ("we"). We are the data controller for the personal data described here. Contact: support@tendersweep.com.

What we collect and why

• Email address, optional first name and company — to deliver the sweeps you request and to reply to you. Legal basis: performance of the service you asked for (GDPR Art. 6(1)(b)).
• Your business description, regions and preferences — to match tenders to you. Same basis.
• Signup timestamp, IP address and browser type — to prevent abuse and to evidence your request. Legal basis: legitimate interest (Art. 6(1)(f)).
• Replies you send us — processed automatically to apply the settings you ask for ("stop", regions, profile changes).

Your business description is sent to our AI provider (Anthropic) solely to compute matches and summaries; it is not used to train their models under our agreement. We do not sell or share personal data with anyone else. Payments, when you subscribe, are handled by our payment provider (Paddle), which acts as merchant of record and has its own privacy notice.

Where and how long

Data is stored on our server in the EU (Frankfurt). Signups whose first sweep cannot be delivered are deleted after 7 days. If you ask us to stop, your data is deleted within 30 days except what we must keep for accounting. You can ask for deletion at any time.

Cookies

Our website sets no cookies and uses no tracking.

Your rights

Access, correction, deletion, restriction, portability and objection — email support@tendersweep.com. You may complain to the Slovenian Information Commissioner (IP RS) or your local authority.

Emails

Every email we send has a one-click stop link and a working "reply stop". Your first sweep is sent in response to your signup; further sweeps follow on weekday mornings until you stop them. We keep the signup record (time, IP address, browser) as evidence of your request.
